1. Ticket Refunds

We offer full refunds for event tickets cancelled more than 14 days before the event date. Refund requests made between 7 and 14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds are issued within 7 days of the event.

2. Merchandise Returns

Merchandise purchased through our store may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Cancelled Events

If JDK Harmony cancels an event, all ticket holders will receive a full refund automatically processed to their original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will notify all affected customers by email.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email hello@jdkharmony.com with your order number and reason for the refund. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. The exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
